| Ans. | Your personal information recorded on the LABEL of your card can NOT be changed without ordering a new card, however, further information can be uploaded to your card. Instructions 'how to" are contained within the document folder of your card. These new details will be visable in the folder section. |

| Ans. | Yes, Simply use our online store to purchase myDNA and you will receive instructions. This is a once only purchase and you will receive a new set of 3 cards and can be recorded on every type of card,(retain a card for safe keeping.) This is the Ultimate Identification. |

Some information is compulsory, such as name, date of birth and I.C.E. emergency contact but the rest is entirely up to you. YOUR CARD - YOUR CHOICE!
