Q.How do I update the information on my card?
Ans.Your personal information recorded on the LABEL of your card can NOT be changed without ordering a new card, however, further information can be uploaded to your card. Instructions 'how to" are contained within the document folder of your card. These new details will be visable in the folder section.
 
Q.How is the Medi Safe Alert Card different?
Ans.Our Medi Safe Alert Card offers Maximum Protection - If your child or loved one has an allergy or chronic illness, then the Medi Safe Alert Card should be your card of choice. With the Medi Safe Alert Icons quickly seen on the label, treatment can begin in seconds.
 
Q.I have made a mistake on my Card!
Ans.The information which you have loaded into your Application Form should be rechecked BEFORE submitting for processing. However, we all know that this easier said than done. In the event that the information is incorrect we can not be held respondisible, please contact us to discuss the situation. 1300 728 794
 
Q.Is DNA able to go on cards after Purchase?
Ans.Yes, Simply use our online store to purchase myDNA and you will receive instructions. This is a once only purchase and you will receive a new set of 3 cards and can be recorded on every type of card,(retain a card for safe keeping.) This is the Ultimate Identification.
 
Q.What information do you collect?
Ans.We do NOT collect any information. All information is provided by you. Some information is compulsory, such as name, date of birth and I.C.E. emergency contact but the rest is entirely up to you. YOUR CARD - YOUR CHOICE! All information is deleted once the cards are produced, unless advised otherwise.
