| Ans. | As your Safe Family Card is a mini CD it can be accessed in any Windows based PC. The program will allow it to autorun and display on the screen without closing any currently running program. The desktop will be visable within 30sec, allowing doctors or paramedics to easily access your vital information in minutes. This information can then be emailed or printed for further reference. |

| Ans. | Your Safe Family Card or Medi Safe Alert Card can be used as positive identification in many places. Many students or elderly don't have a drivers licence and even interstate air travel today requires photo identification.
Should you require photo identifcation emailed, your card has user friendly email instructions enclosed. Your photo has been resized for fast and effective emailing. |

| Q. | How Many Cards Do I Need? |

| Ans. | Each Pack includes two (2) cards - one for each parent.
If your child is regularly cared for by someone else then it would be an advantage providing a card for them. Family Day Care Australia recommend three (3) cards. The record of cards purchased for one child is ten (10). |

| Q. | Medical Information on my Card. |
|
| Ans. | Both Medi Safe Alert and Safe Family Cards have user friendly instructions on printing and emailing your personal or medical information. This is useful if you are required to stay in hospital and the Doctors require "hard copies" of your details. Knowing the most recent prescribed medication can
save valuable time before treatment can begin. |

| Q. | What About Password Protection? |
|
| Ans. | Your card can be password protected with the password of your choice. Once this has been programed it can not be changed until the card is updated. Please ensure that your ICE contact has your password as NO record is retained. If emergency treatment is required the MediSafe Alert Icons placed on the label will inform paramedics of any allergies or chronic illness, however no records can be accessed without the password. |

| Q. | When to Upate my Safe Family Card? |
|
| Ans. | As a child grows there will be significant changes, especially weight and height or if there are any medical details or other changes. Once the card has been provided, the data cannot be changed. Therefore it is recommended that you ensure the photo is a current likeness and the details are current. |
