I.C.E. - In Case of Emergency contact - Your nominated I.C.E contact will be called immediately by paramedics or emergency personnel to advise of condition, and seek any further medical information. Perhaps you have entered your I.C.E contact on your mobile phone, something is better than nothing, but history shows us in an accident it is likley your mobile phone would have been damaged.
