2. Pay Online and note receipt number.
3. Or - send credit cards details in your update details eMail
4. Send update details via email to updatecard@safefamilycards.com
5. Put cardholder's name in the subject line.
6. Include receipt number in email.
7. New cards will be sent to cardholder's address via registered post.
8. Allow 7 working days for new cards.
9. If you have no access to email, please contact us to arrange information transfer.

We recommend:

Children have their cards updated annually, please remember that your digital photo is positive identification and should remain a recent likeness at all times. 

Card updates allow you to change personal details such as I.C.E contact, address, height, weight and renew your digital photo.

Medical details can be updated within the Medi Safe Alert Card. 

Passport / Travel details can be updated in your Smart Traveller Card at any time prior to leaving for overseas or holidays. (please allow min 10 days for delivery)

Should you need to password protect your card, a new application will need to be obtained.

DNA files will be transferred from within the secure server your new cards. Please ensure you retain the original report for safe keeping.
